Frags
Coral frags, short for coral fragments, are small pieces of live coral that can be used to propagate and grow new colonies of coral in a marine tank.
They are often cut or broken off from larger, established coral colonies and then glued or attached to a frag plug or rock to form a new coral colony.
Coral frags are a popular way for reef hobbyists to acquire new coral specimens for their tanks because they are often less expensive than buying a fully grown colony and can be used to fill in gaps in a reef or create new structures.
