Christmas favia

A beautiful large polyp stony coral that prefers some lighting and moderate to low flow levels in a reef aquarium.

Be careful to place it a good distance from other coral to avoid warfare or it fighting for space, it is a highly aggressive coral.

Favia can thrive in most reef aquariums and require little additional care, they need to be housed with tankmates that won’t irritate or eat them.

The photo is the variety of favia you’ll be receiving, a dark green with red centres and will have at least 4+ polyps. The colours in a photograph may vary from the actual item because of lens or light.
